How on earth could Abigail not know her breast was hanging out of her bikini top? It appears from the photo that she is talking to someone laying beside her. It makes you wonder why that person did not tell her that her nipple was showing. You have got to love the paparrazzi for always getting us the oops pictures that we enjoy so much.
